LPAC
Lincoln Parent Advisory Council
Together we can make a difference!
The Lincoln Parent Advisory Council (LPAC) is a volunteer group of parents and teachers that work to support the education, environment, and experience of children and families at Lincoln Elementary while fostering parent, staff, and student relationships. All parents and grandparents of Lincoln students are encouraged to join LPAC! Attending LPAC meetings and/or volunteering for events is a great way to get more involved while building connections within our school community. Meetings are the 2nd Thursday of each month at 7:00pm in the Lincoln Media Center or attend via Google Meet http://meet.google.com/riz-uovc-jgp .
LPAC hosts one main fundraiser each year: the Fun Run. Funds generated pay for many things around Lincoln including: technology upgrades and online subscriptions, curriculum supplements, the Bolts Love Books reading incentive program, 4th and 5th grade clubs, snacks and field trip costs for students in need, a college scholarship awarded yearly to a former Lincoln student and various fun, free events for the Lincoln community throughout the year!
Volunteers are key to the success of LPAC and essential to organizing our events and fundraisers. Click HERE to fill out our volunteer form and indicate which activities you are interested in.
All volunteers must complete a background check before they can participate. Background checks take about a week to complete so please plan ahead! Checks cost $10.25 and are good for 3 years. Click here to begin the background check process.
